Crista specializes in ages 18 to 40 and is familiar and is experienced and open to the unique challenges and anxieties these ages can bring. From major life transitions like starting college or new careers to new relationships and marriages, Crista will sit with you through your worries and fears and teach you techniques that you can take with you through life.  As some begin their journey of self-discovery, they can find themselves stuck in cycles or beginning to notice negative patterns.  Crista uses multiple evidenced-based interventions to assist clients in unlocking their blind spots and unresolved experiences.

Crista offers therapeutic serviced at a rate of $225 for the initial evaluation and $175 for each additional session. Although guaranteed payment from insurance is not possible, Crista accepts most Virginia Anthem BCBS plans and out of state BCBS. Should you desire out of network reimbursement, Crista will provide you a statement to submit to your insurance company.
