After serving many years as a Military and Family Life Counselor, the time came for Marianne to embark on a new journey. In 2018, she had no idea of the enormous need for mental health services in Virginia and how few supervisors were available to train the next generation of LPCs and LMFTs.
One morning, she had a surprising thought, “Open up a counselor training center that will offer the most ethical, evidence-based care and is a reflection of the multicultural community we serve.” And, that is exactly what happened.
