Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MA, LMFT

Couples Therapist • Individual Therapist • Discernment Counselor

In therapy with me, clients often find greater clarity, stronger inner resilience, deeper understanding of past experiences, and a clearer path toward a more secure and intentional future.

I work with people seeking healing and wholeness in the midst of anxiety, depression, relational trauma, marital or family conflict, emotional/spiritual/sexual abuse recovery, grief, and major life transitions. I believe your worth is never negotiable, and therapy can be a place where self-trust is rebuilt, confidence grows, and you begin to feel more grounded and secure again.

When working individually around relationship concerns, I honor your pace and autonomy. Therapy with me isn’t about pushing a “stay or leave” decision – it’s about helping you gain clarity so your choices feel aligned and intentional. My approach is trauma-responsive and neurodivergence-informed, and I frequently support adults, adult children, and parents navigating stress in marriage, families of origin, and workplace relationships.

In couples therapy, we focus on real patterns, not just communication tips. Together we identify and shift negative conflict cycles, power struggles, co-dependence, mistrust and other dynamics that create distance. I actively guide the process as therapist, relationship coach, and advocate, and I tailor my approach for neurodiverse couples when relevant.

My work integrates several evidence-based and relational approaches, including EMDR, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), the Developmental Model, the Gottman Method, Divorce Discernment Counseling, and more. Clients often share they appreciate the depth, flexibility, and personalization of my therapeutic “toolbox”.

Both personally and professionally, I understand the realities of long-term relationships, raising children, navigating loss and transitions, and the courage it takes to grow. I warmly invite you to connect and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
