Marianne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Marianne has over 30 years of experience working in the mental health field with individuals, couples, and families ranging in ages 16 to 86 years old.

Debra believes in the power of healthy relationships. With more than 15 years of community and clinical experience, Debra has helped families, individuals, and couples find their way back to each other and themselves.

Rebekah Hsieh is a trauma-informed, dual-licensed professional clinical counselor. Rebekah is not currently taking new clients and supports Synergy Counseling in a supervisor role.

Yuko believes that relationships are the most significant part of life and has a passion for helping you recognize your personal strengths, build confidence, and ultimately overcome obstacles. Yuko is a licensed therapist providing counseling to clients located in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina. She is currently accepting new individual clients and maintains a waitlist for couples seeking therapy.

Paul completed his graduate work at Dallas Theological Seminary’s counseling program (D.C. campus) and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He is a former Naval Officer, consultant, civil servant, and graduate of the C.S. Lewis Institute’s Fellows program for discipleship, where he felt led to pursue professional counseling.

Andy is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, license #0701015204 which renews on 06/30 every year. He is a retired Air Force Officer with over 20 years of government and industry experience in career counseling and mentoring young, single, and married professionals.

Daniel’s experience counseling in community health and private practice settings, as well as residential treatment for children and teenagers, has given him a drive to develop deep relationships and to care for those with whom he works.

Debbie sees counseling a lot like the art of pottery. She has sat with many people who feel like a spoiled lump of clay. But the beauty of both pottery and counseling is that nothing and no one is too far gone.

Megan is a Resident in Counseling who works with teens (15+), adults, and couples. She helps people navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and spiritual concerns. Her goal is to offer a space where clients feel safe, understood, and free to talk openly without fear of judgment.

Jason has experience providing individual and family-based counseling for a range of mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and life transitions. Jason is bilingual (English and Vietnamese) and creates a warm, supportive space where adolescents and adults feel empowered to navigate challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing.
